Refund policy

Any orders placed within the context of any sale, or any items marked Final Sale (including all products purchased during our End of Season, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday sales or ANY Sale ), are ineligible for store credit, refund, or exchange due to the rare discounts on the product.

Orders with a special discount codes applied, may not be eligible for return – please reach out to the team at orders@ryleeandcru.ca if you have any questions. 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return request beyond this period cannot be processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Noralee returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Because these are special occasion items we want to ensure that we are only ever sending customers new and unworn items and don't take returns for refunds for this reason. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return (RMA) will not be processed.

If a return causes your order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or Loyalty points balance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards nor Noralee products.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Store Credit Returns

When a return is issued as store credit, the amount reflects the item’s price before taxes. Sales taxes from your original order will have already been remitted to the government and can only be returned when a refund is issued to the original payment method. For this reason, store credits don’t include the tax portion from the first purchase. Taxes will be applied again at checkout on any new order purchased with store credit, in line with tax regulations.

Pre-Order Refund Policy

Pre-order purchases cannot be canceled or modified once fulfilled. You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. 

If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to unforeseen circumstances, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund to the original payment method or provide store credit of equal value.

Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items are subject to change. Delays in shipping or production do not qualify for a refund or compensation.

If a pre-order item is unavailable or discontinued, our only obligation is to refund the amount paid or provide store credit, if applicable. We are not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the unavailability of a pre-order item.

By completing a pre-order purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

To Start a Return

LOGIN TO YOUR RETURN PORTAL USING YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS. 

If your return request is approved then you receive an email with shipping instructions.

Item(s) must be shipped within 10 days from the date of the Return Approval. Item(s) shipped after this period will not be accepted or refunded by our returns department. 

After the product is returned, you receive a refund where applicable.

Return shipping is at the customers expense and responsibility unless Rylee + Cru made an error in shipping the order. We highly recommend insuring items for their retail value to protect against the possibility of shipping damage. Upon receipt of your purchase, please open your items carefully as any return MUST INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Failure to include the original packaging will result in handling fees being charged. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
